We design the complete solution, including the preferred approach, architecture, commercial case, governance, roadmap, acceptance criteria and benefits measures.

Gate 3: Deliver

The client chooses whether to proceed independently, engage SafeSpace to deliver, or have SafeSpace steward a specialist provider.

Gate 4: Verify

We test delivery against written acceptance criteria and verify benefits at agreed checkpoints. Evidence closes the engagement, not opinion.
